The work for the assistantship will focus on eelgrass monitoring and restoration in the Great Bay Estuary (NH-ME), diving, field sampling, data analysis, and report writing. Good writing skills and interest in seagrass ecology required. The student's degree research project will be in the area of seagrass ecology, exact focus is flexible. The position starts in September 2008 although arrangements can be made for summer 2008 employment. Stipend is $23,500 - 25,000 plus tuition.
