The DOE National Institute for Climatic Change Research (NICCR) has released its fourth call for proposals, which includes a focus area on coastal ecosystem response to climate and sea-level change. One-page, electronic preproposals are required, and are due on May 16, 2008, 5:00 pm pacific time. Full proposals are due on August 15, 2008, 5:00 pm pacific time.
